Delivery Date

“Customer First” is the principle we always adhere to. To create the most pleasant shopping experience for our customers, we make endeavors to provide the most convenient, effective, safe shipping service for you. The delivery date will depend on the processing time and shipping time.

Processing Time: 2-4 working days (except Chinese holidays)

*Chinese Holidays: Chinese Lunar New Year (usually in February), Labor Day (May 1st), Chinese National Day (October1st).

Shipping Time: The Shipping Time is varied according to different shipping methods you choose. The detailed information is as below:

Notes*:

1. We will inform you of the tracking number of your order to your email address after your commodities are shipped within 1-2 working days.

2. Some countries may request customs duty. Once the goods arrive the destination country, the recipient should take charge of any customs or import duty that may generate.

3. Please see to it that P.O.Boxes and military addresses(APO, FPO, DPO) are not available for the shipment. For the US territories, please leave a note when you place an order. For example, if your address is in Guam, Puerto Rico, you could state Guam, Puerto Rico in the country section.    

4. Brazil customers please do not forget to tell us your 11-digit CPF/CNP as required by the customs.

5. Russian customers please remember to tell us your company name and its address because the private address in Russia is invalid for delivery.

6. The shipment could be delayed owing to some force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, strikes, etc.. Feezk is not liable for such conditions.

7. If you have purchased a customized product, it will need an extra 5-8 days production time and the delievery date will be extended relatively.

Shipping Costs

Your different choice of the shipping methods will have an impact on your shipping costs. Moreover, the warehouse you choose, the type of your ordered items and the total weight and volume of your commodities also influence the costs.
