14 Days DOA (dead on arrival ) Product Guarantee 

We are committed to providing our customers with the best service and most guaranteed/qualified products. If any of the commodities you have received is damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Our customer center will assist you to settle down the problems.

The details we need from you are as follows:

1. The Order number and item number;

2. Photos / Video certifying the issue;

3. Photos of the shipping label and original packaging.

After our customer center confirms the issues, we will immediately arrange a replacement for you and the refund will arrive in your account in 2-7 days. You have to return the defective commodities and take responsibility for the shipping fees under this circumstance.


60 Days Conditional Return Guarantee 

A return shipping is still available if you are not satisfied with the commodities within 60 days of delivery. In this case, you are supposed to be liable for the shipping fees and we will offer a partial refund based on the real condition of the commodities.


Cancellation Guarantee 

You are able to cancel your order as long as it has not been shipped already. For cancellation, the only thing you need to do is to contact with our customer center. If your commodities is not shipped before the determined date, you can cancel the order and demand a refund, and the refund is expected to get into your account in less than 5 days. 

*Notice: Once an item has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. 

If you have any question about your commodity after receiving it within 60 days, you can apply for a return or an exchange according to our return policy.
